I’ve always wanted to try bas relief on a cake or cupcakes. This was my first attempt. This is a more whimsical attempt at bas relief. Last I did some chocolate bars. I used a mold version of Da Vinci’s Last Supper. I think it came out well. So how was your Easter?

Urgh! I haven’t posted in a while. Here’s the apple pie 🥧 that I made. I couldn’t decide between the traditional top crust of streusel, so I did both. In case you were wondering, that’s an individual sized pie. It was me and the pooch this year. The holiday madness starts at Christmas!
